Q: Can I visit you to select a watch?

Q: What separates you from other watch and jewellery dealers?

Quite simply we love what we do. We are a "dealers dealer" who enjoys travelling internationally to provide bargains for customers who love watches as much as us!

 
Q: How can I pay?

Bank transfer or chip and pin in store.


Q: Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes, we offer a no questions asked, full seven day money back guarantee as soon as your item is safely returned to us in the same condition as it left us. This period is extended for overseas clients to take shipping time into consideration. Please note however, that some "in person" purchases are covered by an exchange policy only.


Q: Are the pictures that I see of the actual item?

Yes, we do all of our own photography in house.


Q: Will the bracelet fit my wrist?

We can adjust to fit, please call us for more details if in doubt. All of our watches will fit an average (ladies) or (gents) wrist. However, if the bracelet is too small we can supply extra links at our trade cost. If a watch has an unusually small bracelet we will make this clear on the watch description.

Q: Are deposits refundable?

No all deposits are non refundable.


Q: In what sort of condition are your watches?

There is no arguement that  we only ever sell watches in fabulous condition. When we buy, we are buying with our own hard earned cash and we buy every watch with condition as a priority. Remember, before you spend your money on our watch, we’ve already invested our own money in it. 


Q: Do you buy watches?

Yes - but only top brands in very good condition. 


Q: I cannot see the watch that I want, are you able to get it for me?

Unfourtunatley we can't list everything we have for sale, because some items have sold before we even have the chance to list them. We are contactable via email or phone to discuss our full stock range as well as sourcing watches for you.


Q: Do you ship World Wide?

We ship World Wide with a few exceptions. If in doubt, please ask. We do not ship to Africa or Indonesia under any circumstances.


Q: Where do you get your stock from?

We travel across Europe buying quality stock. We also have a superb and long established network of associates within the trade who help us find quality stock. We also buy from private collectors. Every Watch and item of jewellery that we buy is carefully hand selected and purchased with our own money. If you wish to sell then please contact us for further information.


Q: Do you service watches?

Yes, we service watches from all luxury watch brands.


Q: Can you supply new Rolex watches?

We can supply unworn watches complete with their factory seals, but they are pre-owned unworn and not officially brand new.


Q: How often should I have my Rolex serviced?

It is recommended to have your watch serviced every 5 years. By having your watch serviced regularly you will reduce the chances of needing any serious (and costly) repairs. We offer a wide range servicing from minor repairs to a full overhaul.
